Montreal - Day 1: Chicago to Montreal

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, I took an evening flight to Montreal, arriving at 9:12pm. I had been considering taking public transit to get to the hotel I was staying at for the weekend, but, due to the lateness of the hour, opted to take an Uber instead.

I chose to stay at Hotel Manoir Sherbrooke, a charming budget boutique-style inn located on Sherbrooke Street, a major east-west artery in Montreal, right in between Le Plateau-Mont-Royal and the Latin Quarter. I found it to be quite affordable at $382.36 USD for 3 nights in 2023. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm and headed straight to bed to rest up for an exciting weekend ahead!
