Day 6: Saugatuck to Chicago
I checked out of Maplewood Hotel on Saturday, October 17, 2020 and began the drive back to Chicago. On the way, I stopped at Coghlin Park, a grassy riverfront park to catch the sunrise. It really was the perfect way to wrap up my mini-vacation to Indiana Dunes, New Buffalo, and Saugatuck.
From there, I drove the 2.5 hours back to Avis, returned the rental car, and headed home with a heart full of memories from the trip.
