Colorado - Day 9: Denver back to Chicago

On Monday, August 19, 2024, I walked from the 11th Avenue Hostel to Union Station and took the A Line to Denver International Airport. I arrived around 12:30pm, much earlier than necessary since I have Global Entry, which includes TSA PreCheck, and my flight wasn’t until 3:22pm. Still, I’d much rather arrive early than risk cutting it close.

With plenty of time to spare, I treated myself to lunch at New Belgium Brewing, where I enjoyed a burger and a beer—a perfect way to cap off my second trip to Colorado.

Of course, I’m already sketching out plans for my next visit, when I hope to hike my second 14er and tackle the Manitou Incline!
